Great event with 100% local spectator support in some of the tiniest villages in Peru!!! Perfect weather (always in Peru) and great course markings for a route that was very creative and took us through villages, coastal areas, and the beach front in Pacasmayo, twice. There was always an aid station within a few miles, replete with great food and cheering volunteers! While 30-40% of this marathon may have been on asphalt, the other gravel, dir...-JIM
